// 2. Refund Eligibility & Parameters

Due to the instantaneous consumption nature of serialized digital fiction:

• Consumed Credits: Credits already redeemed to decrypt and read chapters cannot be refunded.
• Unused Credit Packs: If you experienced a billing anomaly, double charge, or technical failure preventing credit allocation, you may request an investigation within 14 days of transaction timestamp.
